pay by CASH, not DEBT

helo there..

What do u think about this topic..? For me.. successful spender recognise credit, hire purchase schemes, personal loans and family borrowings all for what they are: debt. The truly successful spender never buys anything on debt, unless you consider it an investment that will help you earn money.. like buying computer, for example.. In this respect you'll find debit cards particularly useful, since they do not allow you to fall into debt. But the real habit that successful spenders cultivate is in leaving all their plastic at home whenever they go out, eliminating the possibility of credit spending.. They take their cards with them only when they definitely expect to use them, such as an emergency for to the trip outstation or to the hospital. In fact, this probably the single habit that will show result almost immediately!...
So.. be SUCCESSFUL SPENDERS yaa!
It is up to you..

PASSION..

what is a
PASSION?

I like to define a passion as something u love to do. Something you love so much that you will do it even if you don't get paid to do it.
How does that relate to money?
And what is a PASSION INCOME?
A passion income is therefore an income you make doing what you love. A passion can be job, a business, an activity or an indulgence that you find meaningful, that you can relate to.. something that you enjoy and that you can't wait to do. It is your purpose in life.. it is what you classify as fun. It is what you are made for.. When your income is a passion income, you wake in the morning.. every morning and you can't wait to go to work. You whistle your way through the day simply because what you do is no longer work.
Why do we need to find our PASSION and embark on it?
Because.. let me ask here.. how many life do you have? If you say one (and you should right) then shouldn't you want spend the rest of your life doing what you really love to do? Discovering your passion is finding your key to happiness and success in life. What you are passionate about, you will do with enthusiasm and energy, which you will excel in, and that will lead to great success..When you do what you love to do, invariably you will do it better and more successfully. Why?? Because passion sells. Passion gets you noticed.Passion adds meaning to your life. Look at Oprah, Bill Gates, countless other whose passion has gripped the world.People who love what they're doing so much that even if they put their life on cruise control, they will never take their foot off the accelerator.
Your end goal should be your passion. Money should not be the end goal. However money could be the means to help you achieve your passion. It provides you with the time and the ability to do what you want to do.However if you make money without know what your real passion is then you can still be very rich but possibly still unhappy. However having said that, there are many who goes to work every day wishing that they can do same thing else. Most merely wishes but never are able to get out of their comfort zone. As work occupies a significant part of our life..working without passion would be like having a dispassionate life. That if you think about it, is really sad. Sorry have to say this. To be willing to compromise on our life and to accept the idea that you spent 8 hours doing something that you don't really want to do and that you find little sense in it, is TRAGIC.
Why does that happen? The main reason is simply because we are brought up by our education system and by our society to accept that. The other reason is because a large portion of people don't know what their passion is. They don't really know what they want.

"Most people don't get what they want in life because they don't know what they want.."

So in conclusion, to add meaning and purpose to financial success we must end up doing what we really love to do and what to do.

I'LL BE BACK!!

Wahida Stands Up to Cancer

Feeling broken
Barely holding on
But there's just something so strong
Somewhere inside me
And I am down but I'll get up again
Don't count me out just yet
I've been brought down to my knees
And I've been pushed way past the point of breaking
But I can take it
I'll be back
Back on my feet
This is far from over
You haven't seen the last of me
You haven't seen the last of me
They can say that
I won't stay around
But I'm gonna stand my ground
You're not gonna stop me
You don't know me
You don't know who I am
Don't count me out so fast
I've been brought down to my knees
And I've been pushed way past the point of breaking
But I can take it
I'll be back
Back on my feet
This is far from over
You haven't seen the last of me
There will be no fade out
This is not the end
I'm down now
But I'll be standing tall again
Times are hard but
I was built tough
I'm gonna show you all what I'm made of
I've been brought down to my knees
And I've been pushed way past the point of breaking
But I can take it
I'll be back
Back on my feet
This is far from over
I am far from over
You haven't seen the last of me
No no
I'm not going nowhere
I'm staying right here
Oh no
You won't see me begging
I'm not taking my bow
Can't stop me
It's not the end
You haven't seen the last of me
Oh no
You haven't seen the last of me
You haven't seen the last of me

THE BEST!!

As salam, Hello there..

One of the main reasons people fail is not because they don't try, it's because they don't give it their VERY BEST! When they hit the point where their life starts getting "top level" they want to give in rather than push through to reach the ultimate goal. Sometime life have a lots challenge. Sometimes things are not going as planned..Only the strongest will survive.. people who have inner belief and understand the nature of this life will know that.. IT IS NOT HOW HARD YOU 'HIT'.. IT IS HOW LONG YOU CAN GO ON AFTER GETTING 'HIT'.. Am sure everyone had experience learn to ride a bike. How bad did you want to learn to ride a bike when you were a kid. You may have tried (and fallen) many times, skinned up both your arms, elbows and you're knees, but did you quit...NO! You just kept getting back on that bicycle every time you fell off until one time...you didn't fall off and were riding all by yourself (without the training wheels.) You didn't do it to impress you're friends or even you're parents. You did it for YOU! It's not how many times you fall down...it's how many times (you're willing) get back up and go again. All the time, while inspiring others on the journey. Life is full of surprise. Are you giving your very best??

cheers!

YOU CAN CREATE WEALTH

HELLO everyone..

Last a few days.. I attended "YOU CAN CREATE WEALTH" seminar.. This seminar was awesome! The speaker Mr K.C.. A student of Robert Kiyosaki, he is knowledged in Robert's book, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad"..
In this seminar i learned how to make millions from being infopreneur.. you need to turn it into Money-Making-Machine.. Making money and creating wealth is very different.. Most of us are making money but not necessarily creating wealth. To making money is easy but to create wealth needs a totally different mindset. You need to work smart and one of the best way to create wealth is to create these Money-Making-Machine..

with Mr. K.C
Mrs. Sutin Sahmat, The Executive Secretary of Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri Sarawak.

She just graduated MM programme 0311. A lots things she shared with me on this seminar.

meeting Mr. K.C has been a turning point in my life..

Mr. K.C has been a great supportter and cheerleader.. I gained so many idea and learned to think out of the box. Thank you Mr. K.C.. really can't wait to see you again in The Boot Camp.

WHAT YOU DO MAKES A DIFFERENCE

"The purpose of life is not to be happy. The purpose of life is to matter, to be productive, to have it make a difference that you lived at all. Happiness means self-fulfillment and is given to those who use to the fullest whatever talents God or luck or fate bestows upon them". - Leo Rosten

hi there..

When was the time you asked yourself: Am I doing what I really love to do?

Or are u simply working hard just to pay bills and if you're lucky, go for a holiday with your family to "de-stress" once a year (and come back only to feel distressed that you have overspent?)

Well, if the answer is"yes", you are not so different from 80 percent of the population..

It's sad, but true.. many people living in developed and developing countries do not like their jobs and are frustrated in their careers. Most are what I call just "occupying space". They wake up in the morning, travel in traffic jams to work, push papers and pens around or stare at the computer for next eight to twelve hours, then go home to their real "life" - their family and home, spend some not so-quality time there and it's off to bed until the next day's routine start again. Day after day. Month after month. Year after year. Decade after decade..
How to make the decision to get out of that rut and to start working on living life the way you want to.. You want more out of your lives.. You want to make difference.. You want to be sure that what you do for living matters..

AT181mentorship programme have answer for u.. I'll share it.. text / email me here...  Enjoy..

Have an awesome life!
